UAE Case Diary
The judicial self, whole heartedly supported and encouraged the victim to take further steps by suing the culprits for their inhuman action.
The UAE resorted to high handed behaviour by deporting the victim back to India in total disregard of the pronouncements made by the highest Court of the land.
The victim was an established businessman, well attached with the office of 'H.H. Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan', the then president of United Arab Emirates. To have great respect and admiration, he endeavoured to seek justice against the high-handed action of the police officials and the Government of UAE under which they were functioning.
